Reverse Engineering

What is Reverse Engineering

The Reverse Engineering process is the process that allows, starting from an object, to derive the mathematics and bring it into a CAD and then modify it as needed.
Reverse engineering gives the possibility to a craftsman who has made an artifact with his own hands to digitize it and then create it in the desired pieces and sizes.
We use topometric optical and digital photogrammetric scanning stations of the series ATOS, TRITOP and structured light 3D scanner . They are transportable and applicable in any sector, with particular experience in molds and equipment, large naval structures, automotive, artistic statues, fine arts etc.

The subsequent reconstruction of the mathematical model of surfaces in class A and B, if required, can be certified in accuracy with respect to the points acquired.

Volumes: up to 10m³ – Accuracies: up to 0.02mm – Sampling: 0.01mm

Modellazione 3D

Caratteristiche scanner 3D a luce strutturata:
2 campi di acquisizione configurabili manualmente, 300 x 200 mm e 400 x 300 mm
Risoluzione: 0,19/0,21 mm, 0,29/0,30 mm
Accuratezza: 0,025/0,035 mm
